Does Tender And Peeling Breasts Indicate Pregnancy?

My last period was may 16th and I had unprotected sex on the 22nd. My calendar said my period was due on June 10. But it hasn t came. I took a test Wednesday nd it was negative. I have been having back pains nd my breast are tender nd peeling. And my breast never peel,only once when I was pregnant with my son and that was 3yrs ago. Am I pregnant?
