Does Taking Opioids During Pregnancy Harm The Foetus?

I JUST found out im 14 weeks pregnant. I have no symptoms and had regular periods. That being said, i have taken opioids and smoked weed a few times but i stopped as soon as i found out, will the baby have a negative drug screen at birth? Im mortified i have to ask but i dont want to get in trouble considering i didnt know i was pregnant and want to make sure baby is safe.
