Does Taking Medicine For Eye Pain Effect During Pregnancy?

I am 38 weeks pregnant and having pain in left eye that feels like when i had severe viral conjunctivitus a couple years ago - going to head to er in couple hours when i have a car but wanted to know if it could hurt the baby or if i should be rushing to er right now?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion pain in left eye might be due to infection.You might need topical antibiotics so consult a doctor.It might not harm the baby.Dont worry.Its not a major problem.
