Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

Folic acid and vitamin B 12 supplements are suggested to be taken as preconception preparation. This helps to prevent various congenital malformations and later on helps to prevent various complications during pregnancy and delivery.

Clomiphene citrate, usually 50 mg once a day for 5 days from second day of cycle helps Ian egg formation.

Usually, I suggest post menstrual HSG- hysterosalpingography, to know about the fallopian tube patency. And partner's semen analysis to know about the quality and quantity of the sperms.
if these tests are normal then , you can use Clomiphene citrate a ssuggsed by your gynecologist and ovulation study from day 10 of the cycle is advisable.
You can opt for iui - Intrauterine insemination on the day of ovulation or plan to have unprotected sex activity on and around the day of ovulation.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
