Does Taking Livogen For Irregular Period Cause Hair Loss?

Hi Doctor, my gynecologist prescribed Livogen for irregular period issue. I have been taking this since last month, and been experiencing hair loss. I would like to understand , is it due to the livogen intake. Please advise Begum Age -27 Chennai india

As you've been prescribed Livogen for irregular periods by gynaec may be due to low hb level. Livogen is haematinic tab it increases hb level.
you r experiencing hair loss after taking tab this may be due to low hb level but not due to Livogen tab. if the hb level is low it affects hair also and your hair become luster less , thin and there is hair loss.
So I advise you to continue the same tab. your hair will stop falling after sometime .
