Does Taking Isotretinoin And Lamictal Together Cause Adverse Side Effects?

Hello, I took Isotretinoin for about 10 weeks and then I took Lamictal. I also have Hypothyroidism and take generic Synthroid. I am also on Fentanyl patches (25 mcl) for pain and other medications. Do you need to know some of them or is this too complicated of a case? I really want to know the Lamictal and Isotretinoin relationship since they were the direct cause of the flare-up as described next.... After I took the Lamictal, I had a severe, drug adverse reaction which resulted in various infections. What could be the isotretinoin and/or Lamictal interaction and/or relationship even if it is minor. Thank you. (I hope I described what I want clearly..if not, please ask me to clarify).
