Does Taking Gabapentin 100mg, Donepezil And Pristiq 50 Mg Cause Severe Headaches?
My husband has been having severe headaches. He had an MRI and all was fine. The medications he s on are: Gabapentin 100mg 2 capsules 3 times a day. CARBIDOPA-Levodopa 25- 100 tab 1 3x a day. Donepezil 1 at bedtime. Pristiq 50 mg 1x day. Alprasalam 1mg. 2x day. Can any of these medications cause headaches?

None of your medication causes a headache. Some of your medication like alprazolam reduces tension-type headache. Gabapentin reduces neurogenic related (like spondylolysis) headache.
So I hope you should visit a neurologist for his advice for the cause and treatment of headache.
