Based on the facts of your query the reply of your query is-
Drug Induced
Gastritis with GERD with accompanied IBS.
Constipation induced by flaxeril and accompanied with Gastritis induced from Tylenol , has lead to the
abdominal pain with nausea.
Flaxeril being a
muscle relaxant,is not effective in abdominal cramps, which are due to
smooth muscle contractions with accompanied IBS,where in the Constipation is aggravated and is complicating the IBS with these exaggerated complaints of nausea / and abdominal pain.
Thus it could be drug induced and could be due to exaggerated IBS with food induced infection.
