Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

AKT is the treatment course of 6 to 8 months for treatment of tuberculosis infection. As your treating doctor must have confirmed this infection in your reproductive system, this treatment must have been advised.
Please complete the treatment as suggested.

The other medications are supportive type treatment for your health.
Please continue then as suggested.
Also opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
Start on Folic acid and vitamin B 12 supplements regularly, this helps to prevent various complications during conception, pregnancy and delivery.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
