Does Swollen Foot Post An Injury Suggest Stress Fracture?

I was playing basketball last week and rolled my foot. It hurt for a few days so I didn t play basketball or cheer. This week it felt fine so I was playing gym and once I started running it hurt so bad. And after I was done running it would ache. But once I rest it, it feels fine. There is swelling, but no bruising. Do you think a have a stress fracture?
