Does Sustanon Usage For Klinefelter S Syndrome Have Any Side Effects?

I am 54 year male, 178cm ht and 85kg wt. I have an endocrine disorder, diagnosed as klinifilters syndrome. I am using sustanon 250mg once in a month since 1994. I am married no kids. Now when I take this injection I have some sort of body pain and irritation. Shall I stop this further

Brief..You need to do some blood tests to rule out side effects of testosterone(sustanon).
Detailed answer...Since sustanon can cause some side effects like headache ,feeling sick and vomiting,mood changes,depression,swelling caused by fluid retention(edema),increased blood pressure,weight gain,deranged blood sugar and muscle and joint pains.
My opinion would be get routine body check up , blood sugar level , and liver function test to rule out any major side effects.Further you may discuss with your doctor for dose adjustment of testosterone to decrease the side effects.
