Does Sudden Remeron Withdrawal Cause Any Side Effects?
I ve been on Mirtazapine (Remeron) and Trazodone for the last 6 months however I ve moved in the last month and haven t seen a psychiatrist in my home town, so naturally I ve ran out of my Remeron. am I safe to come off of my medication without tapering?

This really depends upon the dose. If you were taking 15 mg then stopping abruptly would not be associated with withdrawal in most people, but you could expect a return of symptoms. However, if you were taking higher doses then a taper would be best.
