Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If the sexual encounter happened during your fertile days, you have the chance of conception. Please remember that ovulation occurs two weeks prior to the onset of the next period and this the fertile phase. Stress can also delay a period and so are sudden weight changes, infections etc. which cause hormone disturbances. If you have a missed period by more than 3 days, you can go for the home pregnancy test; else, you can get the blood test done to confirm/exclude pregnancy. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
