Hi,
Welcome to the HCM
As I can figure it here, your main problem is stress due to not been able to have pregnancy
The reason being increased prolactin levels.
Your question is, that if anxiety is related to prolactin levels?
The answer is no, anxiety is unrelated to prolactin levels.
However, considering the enormous stress that she is upon, presence of anxiety like symptoms are very likely, as anxiety is a cardinal feature of stress related conditions.
Hyperprolactenemia in this case, mostly appears to be an independent condition, treatment of which will be independent from that of anxiety. Regarding which I suggest you continue your regular followup to the gynaecologist.
For the problem of anxiety and stress, there could be an indication of SSRI group of medication along with long acting benzodiazepine needed to deal with the stress here. Therefore, a psychiatric consultation is definitely advisable.

Welcome for futher suggestions
