hello doctor actually i have Pcod and thyroid my doctor suggested to start IUI after used 6 cycles medicines the problem is after taking one dosage humogo150 injection due to personal issues i stopped taking treatment any thing will happen if we plan pregnancy naturally please help me

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Humog 150 injection contains human menopausal gonadotropin in which follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone and gonodotropins will be present.
This helps in follicular maturation and ovulation.
As you have taken the injection as advised by your doctor you have to plan unprotected intercourse around 12 to 24 hours after taking the shot.
There may not be any problem in planning conception naturally but the success rate may not be as expected as in IUI.
Because IUI is usually suggested when there is any problem with either male or female factor, which may not be rectified while planning natural conception.
If you are having any problem to undergo IUI, this time you can plan naturally.
If you are not able to conceive in this cycle better to go for a IUI in next cycle as advised by your doctor.
