Does Stomach Cramping, Tiredness And Fatigue Indicate Pregnancy?
Hi Ma m Of late i have been experiencing severe cramps and have been guessing on pregnancy being there or not ? Feel tired and fatigued almost the entire day. No vomitting or morning sickness yet. Can you please guide me on the next steps Regards Vandana
I can understand your concern. If two or three weeks have passed since your last unprotected sexual intercourse, you can take a home pregnancy test with the first urine in the morning. This test is a better diagnostic criteria for pregnancy than vomiting and morning sickness.
If the test comes negative and you are delayed for more than 10 days for menstruation, you should consult a gynecologist for physical examination and further investigations to rule out other causes such as polycystic ovaries, premature ovarian follicle failure, thyroid dysfunction, infection etc.
I hope this information helps. Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic. Take care.
