Does Sore Throat, Nasal Congestion And Fever Indicate Strep Throat?

I am home with sick kiddos...a stomach bug....but my main issue is my sore throat. I suffer from frequent sinus infections but I want to be sure I do not have strep. I also struggle with throat infections often, so I let things go longer sometimes. I have been exposed to strep and have a few whitish bumps on the back of my throat. Lymph nodes are swollen....all very painful. However, I also have a cough...nasal congestion, low grade fever only....I work with children though and have kids of my own so I do not want to expose anyone to strep. I do not really have the funds to go to the doctor but I can treat with peroxide gargle and salt water gargle. I would like some clear pictures of strep throat bumps if possible

I really appreciate your concern, this is not the bacterial infection but this could be allergic condition underlying causative factor need to be found out so you can keep your self from it, this could be medicines, food, environmental, chemical, autoimmune, you can try the following medicines
1) Tab levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day
