Does Sore Throat, Chills, Runny Nose, Body Ache Indicates Strep?

Hi, I woke up Friday with a very sore throat. Later Friday it was accompanied by chills, runny/stuffy nose & very bad body aches. Kept all symptoms until today. Now all I have is a very pain throat around tonsil area. Plus body aches. Could I have strep?
