Does Smoking Cause Dizziness?

Hi I'm a 44 year old woman who smokes and I have been feeling dizzy for quite a few days I'm dizzy when I Drive when I come to a stop sign or red light I can't look straight ahead without my head spinning my car feels like it's floating in the air. I get dizzy when I'm at work talking on the phone to a customer while placing a stamp order on the computer. I sit in my car for lunch and smoke a cigarette or two and when I get out to walk back into the building my ears feel like they get completely clogged in my head spin severely. Everytime i cough my head spins.

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have you have dizziness specially while deriving which is also known as vertigo . Well there can be many reasons for vertigo , but the most common is anxiety and the other Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) are ear infection , hypoglycemia , anemia , meniere's disease , migraine and alteration in he blood circulation . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics (gentamycin ) , antiemetic drug , vestibular therapy , or may refer you to neurologist . For now avoid bending forward and drink ginger tea thrice a day .
