Does Sinus Cause Headache?

Can sinus cause headaches that is ongoing for about two weeks, although he had no runny nose. It is also effecting his eyes. He was given medication and put on a drip. It helped a bit but got the severe headaches back again, and must go and see the dr again next week

I have noted his symptoms.

Sinus can cause short duration headaches lasting for five days to a week. Headache ongoing for two weeks needs to be investigated.

We have to consider a diagnosis of migraine.

He may also require a brain scan to exclude other causes.

Medications such as ibuprofen and diclofenac tablets would help reduce his headaches.
