Does Sexual Intercourse Help Regulate Menstruation?
Does sex help irregular periods? I m 21 and ive had I ve had irregular periods since I started but the past few years it s gotten worse. I tried birth control but I gained too much weight from it so I m nt sure abt going on it again so I was wondering if sex does actually help regulate it or is that just a myth?

Intercourse nothing to take anything with the menstrual cycle but of course hormone containing medicine could be the cause of irregular menses, if you stop this you would have regular period, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
