Does Severe Stomach Pain And Ascitic Fluid With Suspended Particles Be Abdominal TB?

weight 50 kg reduced to about 45 kg in last two months.
case:
severe stomach pain for last 2 weeks..presence of ascitic fluid with freely suspended particles in it...
no symptoms earlier..
is it cancer or just abdominal tuberculosis?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Weight reduction by 5 kg in just months, severe stomach pain 2 weeks and ultrasonography showing ascitic fluid with freely suspended particles can be due to the following reasons:
Sealed perforation of the viscus secondary to typhoid or so.
Caner is another possibility.
Tuberculosis is another.
I was wondering why was not paracentesis that is aspiration of the ascitic fluid not done for investigations as it can show the exact cause as well as to go for relevant tests of urine, blood and stool along with CT scan of the abdomen to get the exact diagnosis and thus making it possible to go for the exact management.
Diagnostic laparoscopy may help in difficult cases.
