Does Rotator Cuff Tendinosis With Low-grad Partial-thickness Bursal Surface Tear Acromioclavicular And Glenohumeral Osteoarthritis Require Surgery?

I just had an MRI. Impression: rotator cuff tendinosis with low-grad partial-thickness bursal surface tear acromioclavicular and glenohumeral osteoarthritis Does this result lead to surgery, or are there other non surgical treatments that are effective?

there is tear in one of your rotator cuff muscles. since it is partial and degenerative tear, immediate surgery is not required, you however need to take precautions and avoid over exertion with your damaged shoulder as it may lead to full thickness tear, which requires surgery.
