Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are diagnosed with retinal hemorrhage. This can be caused by vascular causes like retinal artery or vein occlusions, diabetes, hypertension, anemia...
Retinal hemorrhage will not cause sweating and dizziness. This can be caused by a transient ischemic attack.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.
Thank you
