Does Removal Of Hair Follicles In The Armpits Prevent Recurrent Axillary Abscess In The Armpits?

I have an axillary abscess in the left armpit region. I ve been getting them repeatedly in both armpits for many years and had three incision and drainage procedures. I was prescribed Erythromycin which seems to be one of the few effective treatments for me, but it returns in the same place every time. Can removing all the hair follicles in my armpits help stop it from coming back?
