Does Regular Exercise Help To Treat Collapsed Artery In The Arm?

A family member s arteries in the arms collapsed - left at 100% and right at 90%. Two balloon angioplasties opened them again but a month and a half later there are small areas that have collapsed again. Cause is unknown at this time. Will exercise help? If so, aerobic or weights? Aspirin and Plavix are now taken regularly.
