As you have mentioned it is very clear that your wound gets infected at stitch site due to which pus was formed. For this you have to take some antibiotic like tab augmentin 625 mg three times daily or tab cefixime 200 mg twice daily after meals along with tab combiflam or tab ibugesic-plus three times daily after meals for pain, swelling and inflammation or redness that you have with cap omez or cap pantop twice daily empty stomach one hour before any meal. Apart from these medicines you have to go for regular dressing under strict aseptic precaution at you family doctor's clinic or you can prefer any surgeon also.
