Does Protein Rich Diet Cause Blood In Stools?
I m pooping blood im a male and have stomach aches. Ive been working out though ive been taking whey protein and muscle building milkshakes with creatine all seperatley of course. but is this do because i dont have enough water and fiber in my diet? because ive been eating/absorbing mainly protein?

The symptoms can be related to haemorrhoids. I recommend using anti haemorrhoids cream for local application. I also recommend to soak in warm water. The symptoms will relieve in time.
