General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Retrograde ejaculation and premature ejaculation is quite common after prostate surgery and is due to minor injury to nerve plexus. In most cases it will resolve by it own. If symptoms persists better to consult a urologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family physician
