Does Pressure On Sinus, Cheeks And Back Of Neck Indicate Sinus Congestion?
Have had pressure on my sinus, cheeks and the back of my neck and shoulders for two weeks. Had a slight cold before that, but not bad. Could I have a sinus infection even though I do not have congestion? I am 61 and have had a few before...bad allergies, Claritin D every day.

thanksnfor sharing ur concern...pressuren on sinus with pain around eyes and neck associated with cold and cough is suggestive of possible sinusitis or sinus infection...it may present with headache or mild fever also.
for treatment u shall have a course of antibiotics like cefdroxil 500 mg bd
along with anti histamincs and decongestants.
an xray for PNS will be of help to diagnose the condition.
