Does Presence Of Sack And No Embryo Cause A Miscarriage?
hello doctor i want to know that i am pregnant from last five or seven weeks but in uterus only sack is present no embryo is seen yet. so whats the problem is going.my periods comes on 2 oct. after that bleeding start on 15 oct for two days.so plz help.

this is matter of concern. as u r telling that there is no embryo ar sac is empty then this may cause miscarriage as this is not viable pregnancy.u have a blighted ovum. but in my opinion u should wait for 2 weeks more,in the meanwhile u take inj chorion 10000iu biweekly.tab folvite 15 mg,tab complamina retard twice a day for 15 days then repeat a scan and plz no stress at this time.lets hope for the good as sometimes this may help.all the best.
