Does precum contain sperm ?

Ok doc, so I ejaculated when me and my girlfriend were messing around but this ejaculation was not in the vagina. I then went pee, awhile later we were messing around again and i had pre cum. I stuck it in about twice. Did my pee kill the sperm from a previous ejaculation and did my precum contain sperm from the previous ejaculation or was it flushed out?
