Does Positive HPT Indicate Pregnancy For Sure?

Hi. Took 5 early hpt 4 positive 1 negative. Day of period I now have brown discharge/blood. Dark red blood for 5 mins this morning with a small clot but that has stopped now. No cramps. I suffer from pcos and also 3 months ago had lltez as had severely abnormal/cancer cells found following a smear. Am I pregnant or is it something to do with my pcos or cervical issues?

Hello. The above mentioned symptoms more towards pregnancy as the test says 4 times positive, at the same time these symptoms also seen in the cervical issues but not in PCOS.
confirmatory thing is a trans vaginal or simple pelvic scan.
