Does Popped Stitch With Oozy Scab Post Eyelid Surgery Suggest Infection?

I had eyelid surgery on March 2 to remove excess skin. I went for a weekly checkup yesterday. Today I noticed on one of the eyelids, a stitch had popped. There is a rather wide, oozy scab. Is this sign of an infection? What should I do? I made an appointment to see the doctor tomorrow.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having some infection on the site giving rise popping of one stitch.
Coosult your doctor and get examined.
Go for proper dressing and see that other stitches are alright.
If infection spreads then there is possibility of remaining stitches might come out.
With proper dressing your wound will heal properly.
Ok and take care.
