Does Placenta Previa, Breech Presentation & Cord Loop Round The Neck In 27 Weeks Old Foetus Indicate Any Complication?

i am 27 week pregnant my babies color doppler report showing placenta previa,breech presentation and a loop of cord round the neck. Babies movements is very slow any complications with my baby. Please give me answer to me
i am worried and tension.

Though all findings are of concern but at 27 wks pregnancy the sonography findings mentioned by you should be followed up regularly.Breech presentation may change to vertax later on due to foetal movements as foetus position is not fixed up till 28-30 wks.placenta previa means placena is closed to os,but with time generally it goes higher up.cord around the neck will also need further evaluation.so you will require usg monitoring.for movement also close monitoring is required.Remain in supervision of your obstetrician.
