Does Persistent Vaginal Bleeding Mean Miscarriage?

Hi... i want to ask that i did pregnancy strip test 1 month ago it was positive. Last week i had u/s which shows I m 7 weeks pregnant but not fetal pole shown. Yesterday i had some bleeding i went to the dr. She said the same n suggest dnc. I went to another dr but she said i hv seen the fetal pole n my measurements is same as ealier which is 28mm. She gave me duphastan n asked me for complete bed rest.. i m having still bleeding but not heavy.want to ask that my pregnancy is save or should i take medicine for abortion?

Persistent bleeding during pregnancy can occur due to several reasons including miscarriage, sub chorionic bleeding, cervical polyps etc. The only way to confirm a miscarriage is by doing a pelvic USG and looking for fetal cardiac activity.
Since the bleeding is persisting, please be advised to undergo repeat USG assessing the presence of fetal pole and viability.
