Hello,

I'd suggest stop your exercises for the time being and check with an orthopedician.

As knee joint is the main weight-bearing joint,it has to go through maximum wear and tear. There is a possibility of a ligament tear so it is better to check with your doctor.

And only after a thorough check-up one can be sure whether you should continue with your exercises.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
