Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query penicillin can cure swollen gum, mouth ulcer and throat infection as it acts against bacteria by bacteriostatic mechanism. As you feel dizzy spells you need to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and a thorough check up. take multivitamin tablet and diet rich in fibers. Drink plenty of water. Investigations like estimation of blood pressure, blood sugar levels, serum electrolytes & vestibular function tests are required to rule out any pathological cause for the symptoms. Take full rest.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
