I've been a vegetarian for 2 yrs. I'm 45, I'm a truck driver, and I don't have an appetite. Good blood pressure and blood work is good. It's hard getting 1500 to 2000 calories and I've never been a big eater. I'm beginning to experience dizzy spells Because. I don't eat enough. Any advice
