Pelvic scan report: non gravid and anteverted, outline is fair & myometrial echoes are smooth. Nill intral mural masses/lesion. Cavity is partly open with normal wall thickness endometrial plate is maintained till endo cervical margin. Nil gestation. Os is closed at time of scan. Both ovaries appear normal in shape and size with good stromal echoes. Nil cystic changes. Adnexae free bilaterally. POD: moderate echo free fluid in cul-de-sac. Impression: Acyesis Nil masses/cyst ?PID
