Does Peeled Skin Of Glans Regrow In Time?

hi, I'm wondering if the skin on my glans/head will grow back if a thin sheet of skin about an inch wide was peeled off while masturbating. its been a month and a week since it happened and it hasn't grown back yet. I've been putting neosporin on it almost daily for two weeks with no progress.
