General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Paracetamol is not known as a medication that can cause excessive sweating. In my opinion, the symptoms can be related to stress or a tooth infection that you might have. In this case, antibiotics may be needed to treat the infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
