Does Painless Contraction And Pink Spotting Mean Start Of Labor ?

Hi, Im 39 weeks pregnant and 2 days. Ive been having contractions but they do not hurt, although i have them almost every 20 minutes. I also had a pink spotting today. It wasnt blood or mucousy though, just a pink tinge on the toilet paper. Could this be the start of labor or should I be worried?

If the contractions is regular and increase in intensity, then that is labour pain..
you need to be alert and consult your gynaecologist..
