Does Orange Urine And Diarrhea Indicate UTI?

After my last menstrual cycle i started to feel a burning sensation i developed uti and yeast infection symptoms. I had orange urine and diarrhea. Also i started to have these small red hard bumps with no fluid . Do i have an UTI and what are these bumps ? Are they related to my symptoms and menstrual cycle?

Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

You have problem of blood in urine and burning pain that may be because of urinary tract infection.

Do a urine test and microscopic examination for diagnose.
After urine culture test start a antibiotics course under doctor's suggestion .

Consent a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea about disease.

I hope my guidance is helpful to you.
Take care
Thanks.
