We understand your concerns

I went through your problem description. I suggest that with the ingredients which you have given here are something which are used mainly for better assimilation of nutrients, usually used by most ayurvedic physicians.

The better assimilation of food items do have healthy effects on the body, but it may not give you the result as you wanted. It might sometimes help you in gaining weight.

You are already 68 kgs and I think you have enough weight so as to not to worry. Check your weight chart and check BMI index to confirm. I sincerely believe that you are perfect. Increase in weight could create lot of health problem that normally underweight people don't suffer from.

Hope you understand and this answers your query.
