Does Non Penetrative Sex Cause Pregnancy?
Hi doctor,
My boyfriend masturbated and came on his hand. About 5 minutes after that, he put a finger in me. He claims he wiped his hand on his clothes before this, so I blew it off. This was about a week ago. Well, today I experienced very little spotting, and that has never ever happened to me. I have a very regular cycle and am not expecting my period until the 3rd of next month. What are the chances I am pregnant from a little bit of sperm that may have survived being on his hand for 5 minutes?

Normally non-penetrative sex does not cause pregnancy but your case is different. Sperms from semen after ejaculation can remain on fingers even on wiping & they can easily reach vagina as your boy friend fingered you after it. Therefore you might get pregnant with this type of sexual activity.
Sperms can remain alive even for 2 days after ejaculation & one ml of semen can contain millions of sperms. Therefore a fingered dipped in semen after wiping can contain enough sperms to make you pregnant. Avoid this type of sexual activity in future.
The little Bleeding or spotting you had can be implantation bleeding. This type of bleeding normally occurs a week after conception. This bleeding is very less in quantity & is lighter in colour. Implantation bleeding means you may have got pregnant.
You are advised to do a pregnancy test
