Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have hypothyroidism.

Night sleep definitely affect your over all health. Because it disturb your routine sleep and circardian rhythm. But hypothyroidism is not affected by night sleep. If you have problem of fatigue and weakness then you should check your thyroid hormones level and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
