Does Nausea,light Headedness And Frequent Urination Indicate Pregnancy?
6 weeks pregnant negative pregnancy test spotting for 7days after 2weeks delayed menstruation which is not normal because i have only 3 days normal menstruation. Ultrasound at 5 weeks thickened lining. Feeling pregnant because of nausea, light headed, frequent urination, tired but not doing something. Am i pregnant?

No you are not preganant. These effect can also b due to stress or environment change or some infection. For your thicked lining in your ultrasound report and spotting, you should meet gynae.
