Does Nausea, Vomiting And Lower Abdominal Cramping Indicate Pregnancy?

I think im pregnant I started my cycle on the 3rd of this month it ended on the 10th I had sex on the 13 which is one of my most fertile days I feel nausea sometimes I threw up twice I feel bad cramps in my thighs and my lower abdomen could I be pregnant

Hello.

Cramps and your other symptoms could be related to a hormonal imbalance as well, and not necessarily pregnancy so I would recommend a check on your hormone levels and along with that a urine and/or blood analysis to confirm/rule out pregnancy.
