HIV can't be confirmed by a single ELISA test. Are you having loose motions for a longer period of time ? Are you having weight loss and fever ? Have you indulged in any high risk exposure (unprotected sex)/ or have received any blood transfusion or shared needles for taking drugs?
Without these exposure , you can't get HIV, it has to to get entry into your body through these routes . Just because you were having loose motions, it is not wise to suggest somebody to get tested for HIV , unless of course there is a history of aforesaid exposures. Hope this helps.\
