General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The stomach pain with fever narrates underlying intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or virus.

We recommend primary care with diet management, proton pump inhibitor GI specific antibiotic with anti-spasmodic molecules to recover faster.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
